TRARALGON OLYPMIANS HALL HIRE FEES (No 18th birthday parties)

1. Children’s parties - Toilets only (Children play outside)

• Coaches – Free
• Club families/members - $30 donation
• Non-members - $50

2. Full hall hire and amenities - Toilets/Hall and Kitchen

Coaches/Club members 

• $300 - $100 To be paid on booking and is not refundable if cancelled. Balance ($200) to be paid one week prior.
• $500 security Bond - To be paid on day of key collection (evening prior to booking)

Non-members 

• $750 - $100 To be paid on booking and is not refundable if cancelled. Balance ($650) to be paid one week prior.
• $500 security Bond - To be paid on day of key collection (evening prior to booking)

• 2 door fridge
• Microwave
• Bain Marie
• Urn
• Oven
• Pie warmer

Hall

• 97 chairs
• 15 tables (seats 6 per table)
• 6 rectangle tables
• 2 Extra Long Trestle tables
• 1 Small Square table (cake table)
